Passive PCB structures can be described in several different ways. EyeKnowHow can help you to generate different kind of models:

A simple, very accurate solution are S-parameters. This data delivers frequency dependent models that nearly all simulators can understand. We can help you to provide models for your products that are either measured with a VNA (Vector Network Analyzer up to 67 GHz) or simulated with ADS.

An alternative to S-parameter are .ebd IBIS models. These are not that accurate as they do not consider X-talk and frequency dependent behaviour, but allow to generate quite complex models. These models are often used for packages (e. g. multi die packages) or DIMMs.
