3D Modeling

For small packages and connectors ADS provides the 3D field solver EM-Pro. It allows to create accurate models for e. g. bondwires.

Below is an example for a 16 coupled bond wires package model including power/ground and signal wires.

These kind of models provides the highest level of accuracy one can possibly get using modern simulation techniques!
